These are placeholder terms written in plain language while the product is in early development. They require formal legal review before public launch.
MyTeamGPT is operated by Humand Talent Limited. The diagnostic is designed to compare different ways to solve a team problem without giving extra weight to Humand's commercial interests: group ownership, recruitment fees, affiliate arrangements and supplier economics do not affect which route it puts forward.
Once a route has been reached, MyTeamGPT may show services from companies in the same group as Humand Talent Limited and from other providers. Group-owned options are labelled as such, affiliate or referral relationships are disclosed where shown, and a way to proceed independently is always available. Nothing in the diagnostic requires you to contact any provider.
By creating an account you agree to use the product lawfully and only for the organisation you are authorised to represent.
The first person to create an organisation becomes its Owner. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for the roles they grant.
You keep ownership of the organisation, team and people records you create. We process them to provide the product and to keep it secure.
Do not use MyTeamGPT to make automated employment decisions, to record special category personal data unnecessarily, or to disadvantage people on the basis of protected characteristics.
MyTeamGPT is a decision support product. It is not a psychometric testing service, and it does not determine whether anyone should be hired, promoted or dismissed.
The product is in active development. Features described as coming soon may change, and some functionality may be unavailable while we build it.
We will update these terms as the product develops and will tell account owners about material changes.
