This is our initial privacy statement. It reflects how the product works today and will be reviewed formally before general availability.
MyTeamGPT is operated by Humand Talent Limited. It is a decision-support product for founders and managers. This page explains how we handle information about the people who use the free diagnostic, the organisations that use the full product, and the people recorded within them.
You can complete the diagnostic without an account. Your answers stay in your browser until you choose to unlock the result. Unlocking asks for your name and email; we then keep those together with your structured answers (the options you chose, never the words you typed), the result, where you came from and a random diagnostic id. We may follow up once about relevant help based on the result — for example if the strongest read is to recruit or to build an AI agent — and we say so before you unlock. Marketing email is a separate choice, unticked by default, that you can withdraw at any time. Anonymous usage milestones (which question was answered, not what was answered) help us improve the diagnostic; they contain no answers, names or email addresses. Nothing you enter in the diagnostic creates an organisation, a team or a record about any other person.
Account information such as your name and email address, organisation details you provide, and the team and people records you create inside the product.
To provide the product: to let you create teams, record people, and view your own organisation's information. We do not sell personal information.
When an organisation records details about a person, that organisation decides what is recorded and remains responsible for informing that person as required by law. We process it on their behalf.
Each organisation's records are separated at database level. Users can only read and change records belonging to organisations they are a member of, and only within the role they have been given.
Organisations can record candidates and assess them against a role using structured evidence. The organisation decides what is recorded and remains responsible for informing candidates as required by law. There is no ranking, no scoring of people and no automated decision making.
We keep information for as long as an organisation's account is active. Pausing a candidate retention review requires a reason and records who paused it and when. When an organisation is deleted, its teams, people and activity records are deleted with it. Each organisation also sets its own candidate retention period, measured from the last meaningful activity on that candidate. We surface records due for review; nothing is removed automatically.
Owners and admins can irreversibly anonymise a candidate. Anonymising removes the candidate's identity and the candidate-specific free text held about them — evidence text and assessor notes, source references, criterion and assessment notes, risk descriptions, interview notes and the historical versions of those records — while keeping de-identified structural records such as criterion type, evidence strength, timestamps and internal actor attribution. Erasing does the same and also clears internal event detail. Both actions are irreversible, cannot be undone in the product, and are recorded as audit events with a reason. This describes what the product does; each organisation remains responsible for its own data protection obligations.
Changes to assessment evidence are preserved so an organisation can see what evidence existed when a decision was made. History is immutable in normal use. When a candidate is anonymised or erased, the historical text is removed, the revision is marked as sanitised, and only the structural record of the change remains.
You can edit or delete records you are authorised to manage from within the product, and you can ask us to delete your account.
